The Through-Line of Every Session

Four weeks.
One belief. Real shift.

Each session builds on the last. We go from surface to source to shift to step — following the thread all the way down, then choosing a different direction from the inside out.

Week One
Surface
We start with what's actually going on — the real version, not the summary. You name the block. We find the thread worth pulling.
"What does it cost you to keep carrying this?"

Week Two
Source
Where did this belief come from? Whose voice does it sound like? We trace it to its origin — not to re-live it, but to locate when the decision was made.
"Was this belief ever actually yours?"

Week Three
Shift
Every belief protects something. We examine what this one has been keeping you safe from — and whether that protection still serves you.
"What would you choose if this belief wasn't running?"

Week Four
Step
Integration. You name what shifted — in your own words. You identify the evidence. You decide what you're taking forward.
"What do you want to say to yourself on the other side of this?"

The coaching methodology is curiosity-led and paradigm-level. That means we work at the level of the belief, not the behavior. Behavior changes when the belief changes — not before.

Sessions are delivered remotely, one-on-one, via phone or video. No scripts. No frameworks handed to you. Just the right questions at the right time.

You don't need to have
it figured out. That's the point.
